Christina Downey
Christina Downey,  RMT
Christina is a recent graduate of the highly regarded Compressed Massage Therapy Program at Fleming College, and is a member in good standing of the CMTO.
She currently offers traditional Swedish massage,  using a variety of techniques to help with Stress, Tension, Trigger Points, Frozen Shoulder and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
Christina‘s main focus is her client – encouraging them on their path, and offering a judgement free space. She is a mom to two children, and a certified Yoga instructor who meditates daily to find balance in her life.
Christina looks forward to treating those with ongoing conditions, and offering support as they walk their healing journey.

Keelan continues to be part of the Fleming College Community as a tutor for the massage therapy program and assisting with the student run clinic. With a passion for knowledge, her continuing education currently includes: Dynamic Tape, Shoulder Mobilizations, Pelvic Health for Manual Therapists, Aromatherapy, and Cupping for Massage Therapists; with plans of becoming certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy in 2021.

Enjoys being outdoors, whether it is on the trails or on the water, baking up some delicious treats and attempting any crafting project at least once.

Katelyn Schlenker, RMT

Katelyn Schlenker, RMT

Katelyn develops thoughtful therapeutic treatment plans to assist in optimizing the health and well-being of her clients. She uses a wide variety of Massage Therapy techniques that act on structural tissues as well as various body systems. In addition to her education, Katelyn’s history of athleticism allows her to incorporate therapeutic exercise, as homecare, in an experienced and informative manner. Katelyn achieved her Advanced Diploma of Massage Therapy from Fleming College.

Katelyn’s goal as a Massage Therapist is to be mindful of each individual’s therapeutic needs, by offering her presence and compassion, she aims to assist her clients in finding alignment and vitality within their bodies. She is currently in the process of becoming a Clinical Herbalist. In the future, she hopes to offer Herbalism as an additional avenue of healing. In the meantime, she will also continue extending her learning in therapeutic exercise, myofascial and neuromuscular technique therapy, hydrotherapy, and other massage-related modalities.
